In this scenario, we aim to investigate the genesis of the thought and the state action on favelas in Curitiba between 1946 and 1965, highlighting the influence of the Pan-American circuit for the diffusion of urban ideas.

                                            [1] => La historiografía brasileña sobre la informalidad urbana ha avanzado hacia nuevos lugares de análisis, superando el tradicional predominio de las favelas de Río de Janeiro. En este contexto, nos proponemos investigar la génesis del pensamiento y la acción estatal sobre las favelas en Curitiba entre 1946 y 1965, destacando la influencia del circuito panamericano para la difusión de las ideas urbanas.

                                            [2] => A historiografia brasileira sobre informalidade urbana tem avançado para novos lócus de análise, superando a tradicional predominância das favelas cariocas. Nesse cenário, tem-se por objetivo investigar a gênese do pensamento e da ação estatal sobre favelas em Curitiba entre 1946 e 1965, destacando a influência do circuito pan-americano de difusão de ideias urbanas.
