                                            [1] => El artículo propone el análisis de las publicaciones del periódico Diário do Iguaçu que tratan de los pueblos indígenas en el oeste de Santa Catarina, buscando comprender cuáles son las representaciones que el periódico atribuye a estos pueblos y cuáles son las relaciones entre los contenidos publicados y los conflictos sociales por ellos vivenciados. Se busca también resaltar las contribuciones de los periódicos como fuente para la investigación histórica.

Busca-se também ressaltar as contribuições dos periódicos como fonte para a pesquisa histórica.
