                    [0] => This article presents the results of a survey that aimed to understand archival practices in Regulated Profession Supervisory Boards. For data collection, the Survey method structured through a pre-diagnostic file questionnaire was used, applied in the 29 Federal Councils of Regulated Professions existing in Brazil, which comprise a set of more than approximately 580 organs, including the regional councils. Such municipalities are located in the indirect federal public administration. 14 pre-diagnostic responses were received. According to the Opinion of the Ministry of Justice (MJ) / Advocacia Geral da União (AGU), 2013, the National Archives (AN) are responsible for guiding these councils on document management. It has been shown, however, that most Councils: do not apply the NA management tools; was not invited to meetings of the Archive Document Management System (SIGA); it does not guide its respective regional councils in dealing with documentation; does not have Archives with status of unit or sector in the respective organization charts; it does not have archival repositories; does not have computerized systems complying with the requirements for Computerized Document Management Systems (SIGAD), having only Electronic Document Management Systems (GEDs); it does not have a safeguard plan, among other notes.@en
                    [1] => Neste artigo são apresentados resultados de uma pesquisa que teve como objetivo compreender as práticas arquivísticas em Conselhos de Fiscalização de Profissões Regulamentadas. Para levantamento de dados, foi utilizado o método Survey, estruturado através de um formulário de pré-diagnóstico de arquivo, aplicado nos 29 Conselhos Federais de Profissões Regulamentadas existentes no Brasil, que compõem um conjunto de, aproximadamente, 580 órgãos, incluindo-se os conselhos regionais. Tais órgãos situam-se na administração pública federal indireta. Foram recebidas 14 respostas dos pré-diagnósticos. Conforme Parecer do Ministério da Justiça/AGU, de 2013, compete ao Arquivo Nacional orientar esses conselhos sobre a gestão de documentos. Ficou demonstrado, entretanto, que a maioria dos Conselhos: não aplica os instrumentos de gestão do Arquivo Nacional; não foi convidada para reuniões do Sistema de Gestão de Documentos de Arquivo (SIGA); não orienta seus respectivos conselhos regionais no trato com a documentação; não possui Arquivo com status de unidade ou setor nos respectivos organogramas; não possui repositórios arquivísticos; não possui sistemas informatizados que cumpram os requisitos para Sistemas Informatizados de Gestão Arquivística de Documentos (SIGAD), possuindo apenas sistemas eletrônicos de gestão de documentos (GEDs); não possui plano de salvaguarda, dentre outros apontamentos.@pt
