                    [0] => The aim of this paper is to question the use of the concept of “new information and communication”, taking advantage of critical theory, deconstruction and the possibility of connection between them. Whether, therefore, question the concept of NICTs as libertarian and emancipatory from its opposition to the means of mass communication, identified as oppressors and manipulators. I intend, therefore, discuss the binary oppositions on which still rely on many of the concept of NICTs.@en
                    [1] => O objetivo deste artigo é interrogar o uso da expressão “novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação”, se valendo da atualidade da teoria crítica, do pensamento da desconstrução, e da possibilidade de articulações entre elas. Quer, com isso, questionar os discursos que construíram e fundamentaram o conceito das NTICs como libertárias e emancipadoras a partir da sua oposição com os meios de comunicação de massa, identificados como opressores e manipuladores. Pretendo, assim, debater as oposições binárias sobre as quais ainda se apoiam muitos dos discursos sobre as NTICs.@pt
