                                            [0] => It takes the context of information as a social space in which the Information Science has constituted a professional area. In this social space there is a pedagogical dimension that is defied by an educational paradigm that emerges in the society of recent years, from the new configurations that science and technology make possible. From this point of view, the objective of this paper is to demonstrate that such parts of the discussion (context, pedagogical dimension and paradigmatical challenge) bring in themselves the uncertainty on what the human and civilizational process produces. The examination of this theme is based on sociological literature.
                                            [1] => Toma o contexto da informação como um espaço social no qual se constituiu uma área profissional denominada Ciência da informação. Nesta há uma dimensão pedagógica que é desafiada por um paradigma educacional que emerge na sociedade dos anos recentes, a partir das novas configurações que a ciência e a tecnologia possibilitam. Desse ponto de vista, o objetivo pretendido é o de demonstrar que tais partes da discussão (contexto, dimensão pedagógica e desafio paradigmático) trazem em si mesmas a incerteza sobre o que o processo humano-civilizacional produz. No exame desta temática a literatura utilizada tem caráter sócio-histórico profissional, destacando-se os olhares: construcionista, interacionista e processual.
