                                            [0] => Introduction: Decision-making in incident management is of vital importance in the execution of the functions of managers in organizations. Decision-making provides the top management of companies with statistical, accurate and timely information that allows analyzing, discussing and interpreting the results of incidents and comments issued by the population. Objective: to develop a module for decision-making on incidents in the entities of the Ministry of Internal Trade in the province of Ciego de Ávila. Material and methods: the following methods were used: the historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive, modeling, and the survey and interview as research techniques. Results and discussion: the computer system helped managers to facilitate the decision-making process in government entities. Furthermore, as part of the study, it was possible to improve the handling of the information generated on the incidents. A statistical analysis of the number of incidents between entities was carried out. The system allowed the sending of notifications to managers with early alerts to make effective decisions. Conclusions: with the application of the developed system, it contributes to the improvement of the control of incidents for decision-making in the entities of the Ministry of Internal Trade. In addition, it favors the search and treatment of information, as well as visibility for managers. Validating the software through the criteria of specialists shows that it guarantees decision-making in the entities of the Ministry of Internal Trade.
                                            [1] => Introducción: La toma de decisiones en la gestión de incidencias es de vital importancia en la ejecución de las funciones de los directivos en las organizaciones, ya que provee a la máxima dirección de las empresas de información estadística, exacta y oportuna que permite analizar, discutir e interpretar los resultados de las incidencias y comentarios emitidos por la población. Objetivo: desarrollar un módulo para la toma de decisiones de las incidencias en las entidades del Ministerio de Comercio Interior en la provincia de Ciego de Ávila. Material y métodos: se utilizaron como métodos: el histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo, modelación y como técnicas de investigación la encuesta y la entrevista. Resultados y discusión: el sistema informático ayudó a los directivos a facilitar el proceso de toma de decisiones en las entidades gubernamentales. Además, como parte del estudio se logró mejorar el manejo de la información generada sobre las incidencias. Se realizó un análisis estadístico de la cantidad de incidencias entre entidades. El sistema permitió el envío de notificaciones a los directivos con alertas tempranas para tomar decisiones efectivas. Conclusiones: con la aplicación del sistema desarrollado, se contribuye al mejoramiento del control de las incidencias para la toma de decisiones en las entidades del Ministerio de Comercio Interior. Además, favorece la búsqueda y tratamiento de la información, así como la visibilidad para los directivos. Validar el software mediante el criterio de especialistas evidencia que el mismo, garantiza la toma de decisiones en las entidades del Ministerio de Comercio Interior.
