                    [0] => Introduction: In recent times, despite the advances in pedagogical and didactic science, deficiencies and inadequacies are found that determine a certain level of inefficiency in the educational teaching process. The teaching organization of the different types or levels of education is done on the basis of subjects and disciplines, which are conceived as subsystems. Objective: Implementation of a computer system for better control of the educational teaching process at the Faculty of Computing and Exact Sciences at the University of Ciego de Avila "Máximo Gómez Báez". Materials and methods: Theoretical methods used: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, hypothetical–deductive and empirical methods: modeling, observation and interview. Results and discussion: The architectural elements that are part of a software  that implements all processes developed strictly in teaching control within the faculty of Computing and Exact Sciences were designed. Conclusions: Standardization of such processes is possible by reducing potential human errors. The information that is handled from the faculty could be derived and used to infer knowledge, behaviors, trends and even determine conclusions and give assistance in decision-making.

                    [1] => Introducción: a pesar de los avances de la ciencia pedagógica y didáctica, en los últimos tiempos se constatan deficiencias e insuficiencias que determinan cierto nivel de ineficiencia en el proceso docente educativo. La organización docente de los distintos tipos o niveles de educación se hace sobre la base de las asignaturas y disciplinas, que son concebidas como subsistemas del primero. Objetivo: implementación de un sistema informático para un mejor control del proceso docente educativo en la Facultad de Informática y Ciencias Exactas en la Universidad de Ciego de Ávila “Máximo Gómez Báez”. Materiales y métodos: entre los métodos teóricos se utilizó: histórico-lógico, analítico–sintético,  hipotético–deductivo y entre los empíricos: la modelación, la observación y la entrevista. Resultados y discusión: se diseñaron aquellos elementos arquitectónicos que forman parte de un software que implementa todos los procesos desarrollados estrictamente en el control docente dentro de la facultad de Informática y Ciencias Exactas. Conclusiones: al reducir los potenciales errores humanos es posible la estandarización de dichos procesos. La información que se maneja de la facultad pudiera ser derivada y utilizada para inferir conocimiento, comportamientos, tendencias e incluso determinar conclusiones y ayudar en la toma de decisiones@es
