                    [0] =>  The conception of the Institutional Archives System in currentorganizations is a challenge that must be faced by the topmanagers ata/1levéis. It provides great advantages and benefitsin terms of planning, organization and control of thedocumentation generated and received by organizations in theexercise of their functions and taxed to the development ofdocument management, guaranteeing decision-making,accountability and preservation of the institutional histórica/memory. The objective of this research is to show the mainresults obtained in only 2 years of work from the implementationof the System in the National Center for the Breeding ofLaboratory Animáis. Essential aspects of the Institutional FileSystems and Document Management in organizations areexamined. Its structure and functioning were described takinginto account the key elements that identify its procedures. Thedevelopment ofthis research allowed to verify that this systemconstitutes a favorable tool for the organization and control ofthe documentation generated in the company as a result of itsfunctions and administrative actions as well as its contributionto the development of good practices of interna I control in thetax organization to minimize the risks associated with thedocumentation. From its implementation, a new image of thearchives and the conception of its function was evidenced bysupporting decisión making and accountability and ensuring thepreservation ofthe histórica/ memory ofthe organization.@en
                    [1] => La concepción del Sistema Institucional de Archivos en las organizaciones actuales constituye un reto que debe ser enfrentado por los máximos directivos en todos los niveles.Proporciona grandes ventajas y beneficios en materia de planificación, organización y control de la documentacióngenerada y recibida por las organizaciones en el ejercicio de sus funciones y tributa al desarrollo de la gestión documental garantizando la toma de decisiones, la rendición de cuentas y la preservación de la memoria histórica institucional. El objetivo de la presente investigación es mostrar los principa/es resultados obtenidos en sólo 2 años de trabajo a partir de la  implementación del Sistema en el Centro Nacional para la Producción de Animales de Laboratorio. Se examinan aspectosesenciales sobre los Sistemas Institucionales de Archivo y la Gestión Documental en las organizaciones. Se describió su estructura y funcionamiento tomando en cuenta los elementosclaves que identifican sus procedimientos. El desarrollo de esta investigación permitió constatar que este sistema constituye una herramienta favorable para la organización y el control de la documentación generada en la empresa como resultado de sus funciones y acciones administrativas, asi como su contribución al desarro/lo de las buenas prácticas del controlinterno en la organización tributando a minimizar los riesgos asociados a la documentación. A partir de su implementación se evidenció una nueva imagen de los archivos y de la concepción de su función al apoyar la toma de decisiones y la rendición de cuentas y asegurar la preservación de la memoria histórica de la organización@es
