                    [1] => Se hace imprescindible formar aipotencial científico tecnológicohumano del Ministerio del Interior, atemperado a los momentosde cambios que se producen vertiginosamente y que se ponede manifiesto en las actividades delictivas que hay que enfrentar.Es por ello que se comienza con una investigación científica, dela cual uno de sus objetivos es la definición de las competenciascientíficas de este potencial. Los métodos utilizados fueronanálisis documental, método Delphi y dinámica grupal. Sedefinieron teórica y operacionalmente las competenciascientíficas que deben formarse en el potencial científicotecnológico humano del Ministerio del Interior (Minint), así comoel sistema de estas competencias. La determinación de lascompetencias científicas es necesaria para la formación delpotencial científico tecnológico humano del Minint y con elloalcanzar niveles superiores en el encargo estatal del organismo.@es
