                    [0] => Introduction: Due to the growth of information and information resources in digital media, a new discipline arises, develops and consolidates: Information Architecture, which bases its object of study on making the contents on the web more visible and organized to facilitate access to information. Objective: propose the information architecture of the Portal of the Territorial Delegation of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment in Villa Clara, Cuba. Materials and methods: the research was developed with a mixed approach and was classified as descriptive; historical-logical, analytical-synthetic and systemic-structural methods were used as theoretical level methods, and documentary analysis and survey were used as empirical level methods.  The questionnaire, the interview and the card sorting technique were used as techniques for the triangulation of the results. The Pérez-Montoro methodology from 2010 was adopted, applying three phases proposed by this author: analysis, design and implementation. Results: the factors for which the proposal of the new web portal was necessary, as well as the objectives pursued by it, were identified. Based on the user study carried out, the portal was designed, taking into consideration the criteria of the respondents. The information architecture guidelines and their evaluation contributed to organizing the content to be included on the web.  Conclusions: with the use of techniques and tools of Information Architecture, relevant data were obtained for the design and improvement of the portal´s contents; which contributed to raising the visibility of the results of science, technology, innovation and environment in Villa Clara territory.@en
                    [1] => Introducción: Debido al crecimiento de la información y los recursos informativos en los medios digitales, surge, desarrolla y consolida una nueva disciplina: Arquitectura de Información, que fundamenta su objeto de estudio en hacer más visibles y organizados los contenidos en la web para facilitar el acceso a la información. Objetivo: proponer la arquitectura de información del Portal de la Delegación Territorial del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente en Villa Clara, Cuba. Materiales y métodos: la investigación se desarrolló con un enfoque mixto y se clasificó como descriptiva, se utilizaron como métodos del nivel teórico el histórico-lógico, el analítico-sintético y el sistémico-estructural, y como métodos del nivel empírico el análisis documental y la encuesta. Se emplearon como técnicas el cuestionario, la entrevista y la técnica del Card sorting para la triangulación de los resultados. Se adoptó la metodología de Pérez-Montoro del año 2010, aplicando tres fases propuestas por este autor: análisis, diseño e implementación. Resultados: se identificaron los factores por los cuales se hizo necesaria la propuesta del nuevo portal web, así como los objetivos que persigue el mismo. A partir del estudio de usuarios realizado se diseñó el portal, teniendo en consideración el criterio de los encuestados. Las pautas de la arquitectura de información y su evaluación contribuyeron a organizar los contenidos a incluir en la web. Conclusiones:  con el uso de técnicas y herramientas propias de la Arquitectura de Información se obtuvieron datos relevantes para el diseño y mejora de los contenidos del portal, lo que contribuyó a elevar la visibilidad de los resultados de la ciencia, la tecnología, la innovación y el medio ambiente en el territorio villaclareño.@es
