                                            [0] => Content Management Systems (CMS) have generated a worldwide impact in the creation of digital products. They are computing tools that allow the creation,storage, update, recovery and visualization of content. Their main impact is that they allow managing, independently, the visual design of content management in the construction of dynamic web pages. This article intends to sound out in order to communicate productivity tendencies regarding CMS, starting from the articles published until 2008 in the Web of Science (WoS). For this study, there are chosen some one-dimensional bibliometric indicators (yearproductivity, language productivity, subject category productivity, and descriptor productivity (subject category co-occurrence and descriptors co-occurrence) on which assessments are offered. There were used tools that allow a better visualization of collected data: EndNote XI, MicroSoft Excel, Bibexcel, Ucinet 6.0 and NetDraw 1.2. As conclusive aspect, there are presented important challenges to the CI professionals, with the new approaches for the development of strategies that provide information search and recovery, and it is suggested that the creation of digital products for web environment should be focused on the site architecture and information flow.
                                            [1] => Los Sistemas Gestores de Contenido (CMS,siglas en inglés) han generado un impacto en el mundo de la creación de productos digitales. Son herramientas informáticas que permiten la creación, almacenamiento, actualización, recuperación y visualización de los contenidos. Su principal impacto viene dado porque en la construcción de páginas Web dinámicas, permiten manejar de manera independiente el diseño visual, de la gestión del contenido. El artículo, pretende realizar un sondeo para conocer las tendencias en la productividad del tema de los CMS a partir de los artículos publicados hasta el 2008 en el Web of Science (WoS). Para dicho estudio se seleccionan un conjunto de indicadores bibliométricos unidimensionales (productividad por año, productividad idiomática, productividad por categorías temáticas y productividad por descriptores) y multidimensionales (Coocurrecia de categorías temáticas y coocurrencia de descriptores) sobre los que se ofrecen valoraciones. Se utilizaron herramientas que permiten dar una mejor visualización de los datos recopilados: EndNote XI, MicroSoft Excel, Bibexcel, Ucinet 6.0 y NetDraw 1.2. Como aspecto conclusivo se plantea que se impone importantes desafíos a los profesionales de la CI, con los nuevos enfoques para el desarrollo de las estrategias que facilitan la búsqueda y recuperación de información, se sugiere que la creación de productos digitales para el ambiente Web debe enfocarse en la arquitectura y los flujos de información del sitio.
