                                            [0] => At the present time the companies obtain the main advantages starting from a dynamic administration of the information where the connection between the internal areas and their external environment it is looked for in real and parallel time. In this situation, mainly in sectors of high dynamism, it is a necessity to know the technological movements that are happened in the since environment they constitute the central axis for the development of the companies in the order of the acceleration of the rate of innovation of their products and processes, or in the detection of possible threats for their operations. Hence, it is very important to have an appropriate method to provide systematic monitoring of the process of scientific and technological organizations with an emphasis on Cuban territory of Camagüey.
                                            [1] => En este trabajo se muestra cómo en la actualidad las empresas obtienen las principales ventajas a partir de una gestión dinámica de la información, donde la conexión entre las áreas internas y su entorno externo se busca en tiempo real y paralelo. En esta situación, sobre todo en sectores de alto dinamismo, es una necesidad conocer los movimientos tecnológicos que se suceden en el entorno; pues constituyen el eje central para el desarrollo de las empresas en el orden de la aceleración de la tasa de innovación de sus productos y procesos, o en la detección de posibles amenazas para sus operaciones. De ahí que sea muy importante contar con un método adecuado que facilite la sistematización del proceso de Vigilancia Científica y Tecnológica (VCT) en organizaciones cubanas, con énfasis en el territorio de Camagüey.
