                    [0] => This paper presents an analysis   of the relations established among the indicators that measure the impact of the scientific activity in the development of human societies.The ones having more significance are evaluated, using  multivariate statistical analysis techniques such as the cluster and the analysis  of canonical correlations. From this study, a new index  was developed and tested, such index having been named «Scientific Efficiency Index», which  proposes a predictive model for the behavior of  each country that uses multiple regression.   After  being sufficiently validated, this model will make it possible to follow up the behavior of the efficiency of the annual  scientific results each country works  with, taking into account  the relations among universities concerning science and technology  as well as training of new scientists.@en
                    [1] => En este trabajo se presenta un análisis de las relaciones que se establecen entre los indicadores que miden los impactos de la actividad científica, en el desarrollo de las sociedades humanas. Se evalúan los de mayor significación, usando técnicas del análisis estadístico multivariado como el cluster y el análisis de correlaciones canónicas. A partir del estudio realizado se desarrolló y probó un nuevo índice, que se ha denominado «Indice de Eficiencia Científica», el cual propone un modelo predictivo del comportamiento de cada país usando la regresión múltiple. Este modelo, luego de ser validado suficientemente, permitirá seguir el comportamiento de la eficiencia de los resultados científicos anuales con que cada país trabaja, teniendo en cuenta las relaciones entre las inversiones realizadas en ciencia y tecnología y la formación de nuevos científicos.@es
