                                            [0] => This paper addresses the current situation as regards Information and Knowledge Management in our country and the information systems in improved Cuban companies. The use of diagnosis tools on this issue in Cuba is analyzed. The company Diseño Ciudad Habana (DCH) under study is described so as to know its current situation as regards its working. Finally, a tool adapted to the characteristics of said company is proposed for understanding of Information and Knowledge Management.
                                            [1] => En el presente trabajo se aborda la situación actual de la Gestión de Información y el Conocimiento en nuestro país, y de los sistemas de información en las empresas cubanas perfeccionadas. Se realiza un análisis respecto a la aplicación de herramientas de diagnóstico sobre el tema en Cuba. Se caracteriza a la empresa objeto de estudio Diseño Ciudad Habana (DCH) para conocer su situación actual en cuanto a su funcionamiento. Se propone, finalmente, una herramienta ajustada a las características de dicha empresa para el diagnóstico de la comprensión de la Gestión de Información y el Conocimiento.
