The characteristics of the paradigm of the 20 th - and 21 st - organization are broadly related, an elementary parallelism is established between the double dimension of the physical paradigm and the cognitive paradigm in the knowledge society. Se relacionan de forma general las características del paradigma de la organización del S XX y el S XXI, se establece un paralelo elemental entre la doble dimensión del paradigma físico y el cognitivo en la sociedad del conocimiento. Se incluyen consideraciones alineadas con la responsabilidad de cambio que requiere la participación de todos los actores de la sociedad en la consolidación de una etapa regional de transformación.
