                                            [0] => Was implemented a model of Organizational Intelligence, adapted to the characteristics of the
Delegation of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, in order to improve continuously its management and development
of its informative culture. The elements of the model are the individuals and groups, the processes in which they participate, and the methods and means that are used to execute the processes and to be related, as well as the interpersonal and intergroup relations within the Delegation and other organizations. These components work under principles that include the learning capacity, as well as the development of shared values; and become stronger throughout the stages of the enlarged cycle of information. Is highlighted the importance of the spaces for the creation of the capacities and is valued the integral approach of the innovation. It responds fully to the policies and national orientations for the management of Science Technology and Environment and even, for a wider context of the Cuban organization.
                                            [1] => Se implementa un modelo de Inteligencia Organizacional, adaptado a las características de
la Delegación del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente, con vista al mejoramiento continuo de su gestión y al fomento de su cultura informacional. Los componentes del modelo son los individuos y grupos, los procesos en los que estos participan, los métodos y medios que utilizan para ejecutar los procesos y relacionarse, y las propias relaciones interpersonales, intergrupales dentro de la Delegación, o interorganizacionales. Estos componentes funcionan bajo principios, que contemplan tanto la capacidad de aprendizaje, como el fomento y desarrollo de valores compartidos; y se dinamizan a través de las etapas del ciclo ampliado de información. Se destaca la importancia de los espacios para la creación de las capacidades y se valora el enfoque integral de la innovación. Responde plenamente a las políticas y directivas nacionales para la gerencia de Ciencia Tecnología y Medio Ambientee incluso, para un contexto más amplio de las organizaciones cubanas.
