                    [0] => Is presented a protocol that evaluates the information quality of the information sources and
resources in digital libraries, in the context of the scientific and technical information. Methodologically, the paper focalises in the
aspects related to the technological resources and the Web, in the context of the digital libraries, understood as access Portals to the Knowledge Society. The hypertexts provide the appropriate
pattern for the digital information sources. is recognized that rules are needed for the reevaluation of sources published in the Web of the digital libraries as a quality indicator for
professionals and users. Finally we present an own Protocol based on parameters and an indicative methodology coming from the
denominated “information architecture” as theoretical base of th scientific and technical information. This method follows the rules of the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) and other current theorics, in the evaluation of contents quality, besides the formal aspects of the on-line digital sources, in order to reach an adequate approach of the standardization and systematisation of on-line digital resources.@en
                    [1] => Se presenta un protocolo que evalúa la calidad de información de las fuentes y recursos de información en bibliotecas digitales, en el contexto de la información científica y técnica. Metodológicamente se focaliza en los aspectos
relativos a los recursos tecnológicos y la Web en el contexto de las bibliotecas digitales, entendidas como Portales de acceso a la Sociedad del Conocimiento. Los hipertextos proporcionan el modelo adecuado para las fuentes de información digitales. Se constata la necesidad de pautas para la revaluación de fuentes que se publican en las sedes Web de las bibliotecas digitales como indicador de la calidad para profesionales y usuarios. Finalmente se presenta un Protocolo propio basado en parámetros e indicadores de una metodología que nace de la denominada “arquitectura de la información” como base de teórica de la información científica y técnica. Este método sigue las pautas del Institute for Scientific
Information (ISI) y de otros teóricos actuales, en cuanto a la evaluación de la calidad de los contenidos, además de los aspectos formales de las fuentes digitales en línea, con la finalidad de
conseguir un acercamiento a la normalización y sistematización de los recursos digitales en línea.@es
