                                            [0] => In this paper is given the concept of information culture, and also is explained how this is formed within the society. Is analyzed the role that plays the education in this direction and the effects of a lack of information culture among th ecitizens. Finally, it is recommended what to do, taking in account a long-term approach, and is expressed the necessity to develop politics that have to include education improvement, increase the level of reading, appropriate techonology utilization, etc.
                                            [1] => Se expone el concepto de cultura de información y cómo esta se forma en una sociedad. Se analiza el papel que desempeña la educación en esa tarea y los efectos de la ausencia de una cultura de información en los ciudadanos. Finalmente, se recomienda qué hacer, enfocando las soluciones a largo plazo, para concluir en la necesidad de impulsar políticas que incluyan el mejoramiento de la educación, el fomento a la lectura, el uso apropiado de la tecnología y otros.
