                    [0] => The Documental Management Systems suppose a static model of the information. Their integration with the Workflow Systems, which conform a dynamic model, suppose the obtaining of a technology able to achieve the efficient and effective development of the processes of the organization. The result of such a coalition gives place to the Integral Records Management Systems, tools that combine the benefits of both technologies, allowing to establish models of data for the information management, and to associate those pattern to workflows that contain the specifications of the processes to carry out, with what is gotten an integral management and an evident optimization of the same ones@en
                    [1] => Los sistemas de gestión documental suponen un modelo estático de la información. Su integración con los Sistemas de Flujo de Trabajo (Workflow), los cuales conforman un modelo dinámico, supone la obtención de una tecnología capaz de lograr el desarrollo eficiente y efectivo de los procesos de la organización. El resultado de tal fusión da lugar a los Sistemas de Gestión Integral de Expedientes, herramientas que combinan las prestaciones de ambas tecnologías y permiten  establecer los modelos de datos para la información a gestionar, y asociar esos modelos a flujos de trabajo, que contienen las especificaciones de los procesos a realizar, con lo que se consigue una gestión integral de los procesos y una optimización evidente de los mismos@es
