                                            [0] => The role of different components of environmental information systems, specifically human resources, other elements of the infrastructure and connectivity to information networks are presented. The need of creating capacities, formally or informally, in people that interact with the system is valued. Some knowledges and abilities identified are presented. The need of programs for the sensibilization of decision makers and for those that supply data and information to these systems is considered. Other components considered are the institutions and technologies and in this latter case some success factors for improving the infrastructure are presented. Finally some considerations are raised about the relation between infrastructures and users/generators of data and informations as well as the importance of their links with the macroenvironment.
                                            [1] => Se analiza el papel de diferentes componentes de los sistemas de información ambiental principalmente los recursos humanos, otros elementos de la infraestructura y los aspectos de la conexión a redes de información. Se valora la necesidad de crear capacidades, formal o informalmente, en las personas que interactúan con el sistema. Se detallan algunos conocimientos y habilidades identificados. Asimismo se expresa la necesidad de contar con programas de sensibilización para los decisores y para los que aportan datos e informaciones a estos sistemas. Otros componentes de la infraestructura analizados, son las instituciones y las tecnologías y en este ultimo caso se presentan algunos factores clave que contribuyen a mejorar la infraestructura. Finalmente se hacen algunas consideraciones acerca de la relación entre infraestructuras y usuarios/generadores de datos e informaciones, así como de la importancia de los vínculos con el macroambiente.
