                                            [1] => Se brinda el diseño de una muestra para evaluar la calidad de los servicios en bibliotecas universitarias de la provincia de Camagüey, adecuado a las particularidades de cada organización. Se enfatiza en la importancia de la muestra como un instrumento que ayuda a la toma de decisiones, el mismo contribuye a la obtención de mejoras de estos servicios en las universidades. La muestra, está integrada por un instrumento computacional, con un sistema de indicadores y operaciones, que facilitan el trabajo del especialista encargado de efectuar la autoevaluación interna de los servicios bibliotecarios.
