                                            [0] => In this paper the basis for the design of a knowledge management system at the Center for Advanced Study of Cuba, proposing a methodological scheme of work based on the interaction of two stages of knowledge management systems are examined, defining for same variables and indicators of quantitative and qualitative that make up the system, based on various expert opinions on the subject, consulted in the literature. The results of surveys of groups of different specialties within the organization appears, showing the results in tables and graphs where you can see the data more accurately and organizing arriving at overall results.
                                            [1] => Se examinan las bases para el diseño de un sistema de gestión del conocimiento en el Centro de Estudios Avanzados de Cuba, proponiéndose un esquema metodológico de trabajo basado en la interacción de dos etapas de sistemas de Gestión de conocimiento, definiéndose para el mismo diferentes variables e indicadores de corte cuantitativo y cualitativo que conforman el sistema, sustentado con diversas opiniones de especialistas en la materia, consultados en la literatura. Se muestra el resultado de encuestas aplicadas a grupos de diferentes especialidades dentro de la organización, evidenciando sus resultados en tablas y gráficos donde se pueden apreciar los datos con mayor precisión y organización arribando a resultados generales.
