                                            [0] => This paper presents the proposed model for the creation of the Library of the Autonomous Metropolitan University - Cuajimalpa Unit, as well as the philosophy to be followed, its objectives and functions, the broad out- lines for its organization, a description of the different sections that make it up, and the strategic plan to follow.It is noteworthy to mention that the proposal is based on concepts aimed at building a library equipped and based on cutting-edge technological schemes, whose working system will be based on total quality and continuous improvement, all the above in order to achieve the goal to build a library that, besides offering highly effective services, plays an active part in the teaching – learning process.
                                            [1] => Se presenta la propuesta del modelo para la creación de la Biblioteca de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Unidad Cuajimalpa (UAM-Cuajimalpa), la filosofía que habrá de seguir, sus objetivos y funciones, los esquemas generales para su organización, una descripción de las diferentes secciones que la conformarán y el plan estratégico a seguir.Es importante mencionar que la propuesta se fundamenta en conceptos enfocados para construir una biblioteca equipada y basada en esquemas tecnológicos de punta, cuyo sistema de trabajo se sustentará en la calidad total y mejora continua, todo esto con el fin de lograr la meta de construir una biblioteca que además de ofrecer servicios altamente efectivos forme parte activa en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
