                    [0] => The methodology used in the elaboration, implementation and impact of a blog as a teaching support tool for the subject Consulta 1 of the Bachelor’s Degree program in Library Science and Information Studies in the National Autonomous University of Mexico (unam) is presented. It also addresses the use of information and commu- nication technologies (ict) and the use of the blog in teaching. The developed tool (named edublog) encompasses from the formulation of objectives to the results in its use, obtained from the application of a questionnaire. 94% of the sample surveyed (16 of 17 students) used the edublog as a support tool in the search of information for as- signments, presentations and exams of the subject in question. Likewise, an active par- ticipation was promoted and allowed feedback, both inside and outside the classroom, without replacing a direct communication with the teacher within the classroom.@en
                    [1] => Se presenta la metodología utilizada en la elaboración, implementación e impacto de un blog como herramienta didáctica de apoyo en la asignatura de Consulta I de la Licenciatura en Bibliotecología y Estudios de la Información (LBEI) en la unam. Así mismo, se aborda el uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) y el uso del blog en la docencia. La herramienta desarrollada (denominada edublog) aborda desde la formulación de objetivos hasta los resultados en su uso, obtenidos a partir de la aplicación de un cuestionario. El 94% de la muestra encuestada (16 de 17 alumnos) usaron al edublog como herramienta de apoyo en la búsqueda de información para tareas, exposiciones y exámenes de la asignatura. Igualmente, se promovió la participación activa y permitió la retroalimentación dentro y fuera del aula, sin reemplazar la comunicación directa con el profesor en el aula.@es
