                                            [0] => The university library, from its origins to the present, has played a leading role in society; particularly in higher education where it is seen as a strategic entity that contributes to the consolidation of the progress of the human intellect and its processes of knowledge transfer. In this sense, the content of this paper is a literature review and a proposal for the implementation, globally, of the theory of knowledge management in the university library, using the construct: strategies for creativity and innovation, which seeks to enhance, optimize and maximize the management processes of any documentary organization.
                                            [1] => La biblioteca universitaria, desde su génesis hasta la actualidad, ha jugado un papel preponderante en la sociedad; particularmente en la educación superior es considerada como una entidad estratégica que coadyuva a la consolidación de los avances del intelecto humano y sus procesos de transferencia de conocimientos. En este sentido, el contenido de la presente aportación es una revisión documental y una propuesta de instrumentación, a nivel global, de la teoría de gestión del conocimiento en la biblioteca universitaria, mediante el constructo: estrategias para la creatividad e innovación, que intenta coadyuvar a potenciar, optimizar y maximizar los procesos de gestión de cualquier organización documental.
