                                            [0] => A series of reflections on the systems of evaluation of science and about the role of journals in that context are in this text. These systems have been questioned in recent years, since they promote iniquity for researchers but especially for journals in the Latin American region and the Global South, while excluding them instead of improve the journals to make the science of the region more visible. This reflection has been elaborated from the own experience and counting on part of the knowledge that has been published in the recent years, to end in the possible solutions that the problem could have.
                                            [1] => El artí­culo contiene una serie de reflexiones acerca de los sistemas de evaluación de la ciencia y sobre el papel que cumplen las revistas en ese contexto. Dichos sistemas han sido cuestionados en los últimos años, dado que promueven la inequidad para los investigadores, pero sobre todo para las revistas de la región latinoamericana en tanto que las excluye en lugar de mejorarlas para que la ciencia de la región sea más visible. Esta reflexión se ha elaborado a partir de la propia experiencia y con parte del conocimiento que se ha generado sobre el tema en los años recientes, e intenta desembocar en posibles soluciones a la problemática.
