                    [0] => This paper explores the imaginary meanings that appear in the advertising discourses on e-book reading devices commonly known as e-readers. It starts from the assumption that imaginary meanings are associated with both: the imaginary associated to digital technologies (Cabrera, 2006, 2011) and to the imaginary of "order of books" (Chartier, 2000, 2005). In order to carry out the exploration, the advertising discourses in the homepages of three cases are analized: The Amazon Kindle, Kobo and MovistarBq brands. The conclusion is that e-readers are devices that participate of the imaginary of the digital technologies as other devices in the complex of digital technologies in everyday life, and also refers strongly to the imaginary meanings related to printed books.@en
                    [1] => Se trata de una reflexión en la que se exploran las significaciones imaginarias que se materializan en los discursos publicitarios sobre los aparatos lectores de libros digitales comúnmente denominados  e-readers.  Se sostiene que participan significaciones imaginarias asociadas tanto al imaginario neotecnológico de las tecnologí­as digitales (Cabrera, 2006, 2011) como a lo que se puede denominar el imaginario del “orden de los libros” (Chartier, 2000, 2005). Para realizar la exploración, se analizan los discursos publicitarios en la web de tres casos: las marcas Kindle (de Amazon), Kobo y Bq (de Movistar). Se concluye que los  e-readers  son aparatos que participan del imaginario neotecnológico al igual que otros dispositivos que integran el complejo de las tecnologí­as digitales para la vida cotidiana, y que remiten también en gran medida a las significaciones imaginarias en torno al libro impreso.@es
