                    [0] => This article has originated from an experience at a charity book fair, which itself is considered a solidary and educational action, held at the Center for Professional Education Carlos Milito – SENAC Regional Department in the State of Alagoas. It aimed to stress the importance of development of book fairs as charitable actions and strategies for the practice of reading and the formation of readers. Using methodology following a qualitative approach, on an interpretative basis, analyses of participants’ speeches were carried out, as well as bibliographical and documentary research. It  was based on authors such as Bareli and Lima (2010), Castro (2011) and Ferreira (2013), among others, emphasizing that the work contributes to the training of professionals in the field of librarianship and whoever is interested in holding charitable events to encourage the practice of reading and, consequently, the formation of readers.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo é resultado da vivência em uma feira beneficente de livros, uma ação considerada solidária e educativa, realizada no Departamento Regional do Senac/AL, no Centro de Educação Profissional Carlos Milito. Teve como objetivo mostrar a importância do desenvolvimento de feiras de livros como ações beneficentes e estratégicas para a prática da leitura e a formação de leitores. Como metodologia, trata-se de uma abordagem qualitativa, de base interpretativa, envolvendo análises das falas dos participantes, bem como uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Foi fundamentado em Bareli e Lima (2010), Castro (2011) e Ferreira (2013), entre outros, destacando que esse tipo de trabalho contribui para a formação de profissionais da área de Biblioteconomia e demais interessados em realizar eventos beneficentes que objetivem o estímulo à prática da leitura e, consequentemente, a formação de leitores.@pt
