                    [0] => Modern medicine, based on hard Technologies, is focused on biology and diseases, often being ineficiente in the field ineficiente in the field of prevention, in addition to not carrying a welcoming approach to the patient.  Traditional medicines make use of light technologies to assess people and carry na integrative and welcoming approach, with a Strong potential fo disease prevention and low financial cost, oftentimes They are the Only alternative care for poor people without access to medical services.  The semiology of the face is used as a formo f diagnostic evaluation in some traditional medicines, including Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through some features on the face, we can analyze energy imbalances even before symptoms appear, allowing a preventive intervention through changes in habits, acupunture, physical activities, diet and use of herbs, thus avoiding illness. In 2016 i did master reseach on facial evaluation in Traditional Chinese Medicine, through the EICOS program, UFRJ and i will bring one of the case studies with a participant to illustrate the text and contribute to the disussion about the importance of light Technologies in the field of the case studies with a pparticipant to illustrate the text and contribute to the discussion about the importance of light Technologies in the field of disease prevention.@en
                    [1] => A medicina moderna, baseada em tecnologias duras é focada na biologia e nas doenças, sendo muitas vezes pouco eficiente para o campo da prevenção, além de não carregar uma abordagem acolhedora para o doente. As medicinas tradicionais fazem uso de tecnologias leves para avaliarem as pessoas e carregam uma abordagem integrativa e acolhedora, tendo forte potencial para a prevenção de doenças e baixo custo financeiro, muitas vezes são a única alternativa de cuidado para populações sem acesso aos serviços médicos. A semiologia da face é utilizada como uma forma de avaliação diagnóstica em algumas medicinas tradicionais, incluindo a Medicina Tradicional Chinesa. Através de algumas características na face podemos analisar desequilíbrios energéticos antes mesmo de surgirem sintomas possibilitando uma intervenção preventiva através de mudanças de hábitos, acupuntura, atividades físicas, alimentação e uso de ervas, evitando assim o adoecimento. No ano de 2016 fiz uma pesquisa de mestrado sobre a avaliação facial na Medicina Tradicional Chinesa, pelo programa EICOS, UFRJ e vou trazer um dos estudos de caso com uma participante para ilustrar o texto e contribuir com a discussão sobre a importância de tecnologias leves no campo de prevenção de doenças.@pt
