Objective: to identify, characterize and analyze the telehealth initiatives created and used by the Municipal Health System of Palhoça – SC during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic period. Methodology: this is qualitative-quantitative research that uses the Collective Subject Discourse technique (Lefèvre and Lefèvre, 2000) in the analysis of the answers to open questions of a qualitative nature. Results: in 93.3% of the answers, the interviwees agree that Teleservices were essential in the context of pandemic. Teleservice in the areas of speech terapy, physiotherapy, dentistry, medicine, nutrition, psychology and Teleorientation are some of the main recognized initiatives. Conclusions: the expansion and organization of Teleservices are possible and depends on improvements in infrastructure and training.
                                            [1] => Introdução: dispositivos e soluções em telessaúde e telemedicina apresentam papel fundamental nas estratégias de assistência à saúde alinhadas à redução da transmissão viral no contexto da pandemia de COVID-19. Objetivo: identificar, caracterizar e analisar as iniciativas de telessaúde criadas e utilizadas pelo Sistema Municipal de Saúde do município de Palhoça – SC no período da pandemia pelo SARS-CoV-2. Metodologia: trata-se de uma pesquisa qualiquantitativa que utiliza a técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (Lefèvre e Lefèvre, 2000) na análise às respostas das perguntas abertas de natureza qualitativa. Resultados: em 93,3% das respostas, os entrevistados concordam que os Teleatendimentos foram imprescindíveis no contexto da pandemia. Teleatendimento nas áreas de fonoaudiologia, fisioterapia, odontologia, medicina, nutrição, psicologia e a Teleorientação são algumas das principais iniciativas reconhecidas. Conclusões: a ampliação e organização dos Teleserviços são possíveis e dependem de melhorias em infraestrutura e capacitação.
