                    [0] => The research had as general objective to map the networks and digital social media used as scientific platforms, between january and april of 2020 to combat covid-19 in Pernambuco. As a methodological contribution, the research was exploratory in terms of objectives and documental in terms of procedures. Through the Internet, four institutions from Pernambuco and a consortium resulted as a sample. A first analysis of the sample showed that these organizations used Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This served as a methodological framework for a second analysis. This, in turn, verified how each organization used the digital environment to record and disseminate open data about Covid-19 in Pernambuco. The research concluded, at first, that, despite not having registered data since the beginning of the pandemic, one of the organizations anticipated the others with the objective of establishing strategies and procedural flows. In a second moment, it became clear that these organizations had not used the potential of social networks and media in the production, circulation and dissemination of open data, with the exception of one, since April/2020, when the pandemic had already started. Finally, the research showed that digital platforms enable, at the same time, an articulation between open data transparency, scientific practices and documentary evidence as a memory of the pandemic in the State.@en
                    [1] => A pesquisa teve como objetivo geral mapear as redes e mídias sociais digitais utilizadas como plataformas científicas, entre janeiro e abril de 2020, para o combate ao covid-19 em Pernambuco. Como aporte metodológico a pesquisa foi exploratória quanto aos objetivos e documental quanto aos procedimentos. Por meio da Internet quatro instituições pernambucanas e um consórcio resultaram como amostra. Uma primeira análise da amostra mostrou que essas organizações utilizaram o Facebook, o Instagram e o Twitter. Isso serviu como próprio recorte metodológico para uma segunda análise. Esta, por sua vez, verificou como cada organização utilizou o ambiente digital para registro e difusão de dados abertos sobre a Covid-19 em Pernambuco. A pesquisa conluiu, num primeiro momento que, apesar de não possuírem registro de dados desde o início da pandemia, uma das organizações antecipou-se às demais com o objetivo de estabelecer estratégias e fluxos procedimentais. Num segundo momento ficou claro que essas organizações não utilizaram a potencialidade das redes e mídias sociais na produção, circulação e difusão de dados abertos, com exceção de uma, desde abril/2020, quando a pandemia já havia se instaurado. Por fim, a pesquisa evidenciou que as plataformas digitais possibilitam, ao mesmo tempo, uma articulação entre transparência de dados abertos, práticas científicas e evidências documentais como memória da pandemia no Estado.@pt
