                    [0] => A study is proposed focusing the behavior of search and use of the information for researchers of six institutions of prominence in the area: the Ambient Nucleus of Studies and Research and the Institute of Biology both of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), the Department of Biological Sciences of the cities of pertaining Assis and Bauru to the State University São Paulo “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (UNESP) and the Oceanographical Institute and the Institute of Meteorology both of the University of São Paulo (USP). The aims are to characterize the environmental information, including historical and current aspects, focusing the context of the countries of the “Third World” and particularly of Brazil; to delineate the profile of the researcher-users of environmental information; to identify to the habits of search and use and the necessities of information of the researchers; and to identify the basic considered sources of information for these researchers. The methodology will be of exploratory character and the data will be gotten through questionnaire contend open and closed questions, to be sent to the researchers of the three institutions selected for the research. With the gotten results one expects to raise adequate subsidies for the development of products and services of information for the researchers of the environmental sciences.@en
                    [1] => Se propone la realización de un estudio que enfoque el comportamiento de la búsqueda y uso de la información por investigadores de seis instituciones que destacan en el área: el Núcleo de Estudios e Investigaciones Ambientales y el Instituto de Biología ambos de la Universidad Estatal de Campinas (UNICAMP), el Departamento de Ciencias Biológicas de la ciudad de Assis y Bauru pertenecientes a la Universidad Estatal Paulista “Julio Mesquita Filho” (UNESP) y el Instituto Oceanográfico y el Instituto de Meteorología, ambos de la Universidad de Sao Paulo (USP). La investigación tiene ciertos objetivos: caracterizar la información ambiental, incluyendo aspectos históricos y actuales, enfocando el contexto de los países del “Tercer Mundo” y particularmente del Brasil; delinear el perfil de los investigadores-usuarios de la información ambiental; identificar los hábitos de búsqueda y uso y las necesidades de información de los investigadores; e identificar las fuentes de información consideradas fundamentales para los mismos. La metodología será de carácter exploratorio y los datos serán obtenidos a través de un cuestionario con preguntas abiertas y cerradas, que serán enviadas a los investigadores de las seis instituciones seleccionadas para la investigación. Con los resultados obtenidos se espera facilitar el desarrollo de productos y servicios de información adecuados a los investigadores del área de medio ambiente.@es
