                    [0] => The article presents a study about the commercialization of books in spanish, published around the second third of the twentieth century. According to Spanish legislation, the book´s authors or beneficiaries should maintain copyrights. We approach the analysis and definition of those works that are on the frontier of forgotten and its rebirth in the form of print-ondemand reimpression or small facsimile editions, through large websites dedicated to the sale of second-hand works or discontinued. In this investigation it´s necessary delimit the legal status of cited works to analyze the panorama that is seen in that limbo of the books. It offers very revealing data because our language is one of the most spoken in the world and therefore these works have a wide market around the world, but especially throughout the Americas and in Spain. For the elaboration of the study, more than 70,000 bibliographic records have been handled, extracted from the commercial catalogs of some of the most representative publishers, which commercialize this type of works. The subsequent processing has made it possible compile an author and works list in Spanish which meet the limbo´s conditions, and that present a greater offer in these catalogs. In this way, it has been possible specify the profile of the publishers involved, checking relevant data for their study and follow-up, namely (size, origin, type of edition, edition formats, prices...)@en
                    [1] => En el artículo se presenta un estudio sobre la comercialización de libros en español, publicados en torno al segundo tercio del siglo XX, a muchos de cuyos autores o causahabientes, de acuerdo con la legislación española, les correspondería seguir ejerciendo los derechos morales y de explotación. Abordamos el análisis y la definición de aquellas obras que se encuentran en la frontera del olvido y su renacimiento en forma de reimpresión bajo demanda o pequeñas ediciones facsímiles, a través de grandes sitios web dedicados a la venta de obras de segunda mano o descatalogadas. En esta investigación se prescinde de delimitar el estatus legal de dichas obras para analizar el panorama que se vislumbra en ese limbo de los libros. Ofrece datos muy reveladores por cuanto nuestro idioma es uno de los más hablados en el mundo y por tanto estas obras disponen de un amplio mercado en todo el mundo, pero especialmente en todo el continente americano y en España. Para la elaboración del estudio se han manejado más de 70.000 registros bibliográficos, en español, extraídos de los catálogos comerciales de algunas de las editoriales más representativas, que comercializan este tipo de obras. El posterior tratamiento de los datos ha permitido elaborar una lista de autores y obras en español que cumplen las condiciones del limbo de los libros, y que presentan una mayor oferta en dichos catálogos. De esta forma se ha podido concretar el perfil de las editoriales involucradas, averiguando datos relevantes para su estudio y seguimiento, a saber (tamaño, origen, tipología de la edición, formatos de edición, precios...)@es
