                    [0] => Reflection on education in the 21th century with special attention to librarians´ education. It emphasizes the four basic points, praised by UNESCO, for a new concept of education: to learn to know, to learn to live together, to learn to do and to learn to be. The points developed by Morin for UNESCO that will be able to improve the education of the future are presented. On this base, the role of librarians education in 21th century is examined. The educators´ dilemas in these times are centered in three questions: what to teach, how to teach and why to teach. It is suggested that the Librarianship curricula must privilegie librarians´ educative role and that this role must be founded in a set of values able to modify perceptions, and emphasize cooperation in detriment of technology.                     [1] => Reflexión sobre la educación en el siglo XXI con especial atención a la educación de los bibliotecarios. Destaca los cuatro punto básicos essenciales. preconizados por la UNESCO para un nuevo concepto de educación: aprender a conocer, aprender a vivir juntos, aprender a hacer y aprender a ser. Presenta las consideraciones elaboradas por Moín, a solicitud de la UNESCO para mejorar la educación del futuro, Basándose en tales fundamentos, se discute la función y la formación del bibliotecario en el siglo XXI. Se declara que los dilemas de los educadores, en esos nuevos tiempos, están centrados en tres cuestiones: qué enseñar, cómo enseñar y para qué enseñar. Se justifica que la formación del bibliotecario deberá enfatizar su función educativa y que su base debe ser polivalente, basada en un conjunto de valores que posibiliten alterar percepciones, maneras de pensar e instaure a la cooperación y la sabiduría en detrimento del tecnicismo hoy privilegiado. Se concluye que la función más importante del bibliotecario parece seguir siendo la de administrador de la información. (a)@es
