                    [0] => The philosophy and the technological base of the project for the Aragonian Cultural Heritage Information Center are described. This centre assumes the new tendencies in heritage information: a holistic concept of heritage, more centred in its current use, the possibilities offered by the new information technologies, and, finally, a more transparent and networking concept of public administration. Three appropriate technologies are considered for the project: a) database management systems, as an integration and control tool; b) geographic information systems, as instruments for the spacialisation of heritage information; and c) dynamic publication in Internet, for the dissemination and generalisation of heritage information and also as a collaborative work infrastructure.                     [1] => Se describe la filosofía y la base tecnológica del proyecto de Centro de Información del Patrimonio Cultural Aragonés (CIPCA). El CIPCA asumen las nuevas tendencias en información sobre el patrimonio cultural, ligadas a un concepto más holístico del mismo y centrado en su aprovechamiento actual, a las posibilidades ofrecidas por las nunevas tecnologías, y, finalmente, a una concepción más transparente y reticular de la administración pública. Se analiza la aplicabilidad de tres tecnologías apropiadas: a)los sistemas de gestión de bases de datos, como instrumento de integración y control; b) los sistemas de información geográfica, como medio para la adecuada especialización de la información patrimonial; y c) la publicación dinámica en Internet, como instrumento para la difusión y generalización de la información sobre el patrimonio y para el trabajo colaborativo. los sistemas de información sobre patrimonio cultural aparecen como el futuro en su gestión, difusión y aprovechamiento, frente al inventario tradicional, poco accesible y difícil de utilizar y mantener.
