The authors consider the typical procedures of jurists based on the principles of the Philosophy of Law. They establish the kind of informatic tools that may help these activities, explaining how the juridical problems can be modelled into specific applications by means of Artificial Intelligence technologies. Finally, they illustrate the aforementioned with the example of ARPO-2, a prototype expert system in the field of law information retrieval.@en
                    [1] => Los pasos seguidos en el presente trabajo, en el que se quiere reseñar las posibilidades que ofrecen las tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial como instrumentos auxiliares de los juristas son, en forma resumida, los siguientes: 1) reseñar, con brevedad y la mayor claridad posible las características típicas de las actividades de los juristas, utilizando los testimonios, provenientes fundamentalmente de la Filosofía del Derecho, que los explican, 2) establecer el tipo de aplicaciones informáticas que pueden auxiliar a las mencionadas actividades, mencionando la manera de transformar los problemas jurídicos en aplicaciones concretas, utilizando tecnología de Inteligencia Artificial, y 3) ilustrar todo lo anterior con el ejemplo ARPO-2, un prototipo en el campo de la recuperación de documentación jurídica..@es
