                                            [0] => This article presents the results of a finished research with the objective of identifying the relationship between Process Management and Information and Knowledge Management. The methodology adopted is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), using the Kitchenham protocol, which structures the research in three stages: planning, conducting the research, and research report. The chosen method allowed the analysis of 3019 articles, of which 22 articles were evaluated as adherent to the research. The StArt software was used to manage the research, and Zotero software was used to manage the article references. The research conducted allowed for the identification of two simple models that integrate information and knowledge management with business process management, in addition to pointing out metrics and measurement elements necessary for monitoring the integration performed.
                                            [1] => Esse artigo apresenta os resultados da pesquisa com o objetivo de identificar o relacionamento entre a Gestão por Processos e a Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento. A metodologia adotada é uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), com uso do protocolo Kitchenham, que estrutura a pesquisa em três etapas: planejamento, condução da pesquisa e relatório de pesquisa. O método escolhido permitiu a análise de 3019 artigos, dos quais 22 artigos foram avaliados como aderentes à pesquisa. O software StArt foi utilizado para gerir a pesquisa realizada, e o software Zotero para gerir as referências do artigo. A pesquisa realizada permitiu identificar dois modelos simples que integram a gestão da informação e do conhecimento com a gestão de processos de negócio, além de apontar métricas e elementos de medição necessários para o monitoramento da integração realizada.
