                    [0] => This work is based on a design from the Institutional Program for Scientific Initiation Scholarships (PIBIC) National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), where it was found that people with social inequalities are exclusive, not only information but also are restricted in the production of knowledge. Discusses the importance of collecting, processing and dissemination of information so that individuals also become producers of knowledge, and share with the rest of the community object of our research community (Santa Clara, João Pessoa, PB). We sought to develop an information process through social responsibility of Information Science. It is the need to engage children, teens, adults and seniors in the middle informational insert these people without seeking information in the information society.@en
                    [1] => Este trabalho baseia-se em um projeto do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica (PIBIC) do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), onde constatou-se que, pessoas com desigualdades sociais ficam exclusas, não apenas de informações, mas também são restritas na produção do conhecimento. Discorre sobre a importância da coleta, processamento e disseminação da informação, de forma que os indivíduos se tornem também produtores de conhecimento, e que compartilhem com os demais de sua comunidade objeto de nossa pesquisa (comunidade Santa Clara, João Pessoa, PB). Buscamos desenvolver um processo informacional através da responsabilidade social da Ciência da Informação. Conclui-se a necessidade de envolvermos crianças, adolescentes, jovens, adultos e idosos no meio informacional buscando inserir essas pessoas desprovidas de informação, na sociedade da informação.
