                                            [0] => The searches and uses of information accomplished by Administration’s course students in the Central Library of the Universidade Federal da Paraíba are analyzed. It is a descriptive research, with a quanti-qualitative approach. The sample is constituted by 50 students. The analysis identifies the users’ profile, their search forms and use of information, that feel through formal, informal and supra formal channels of information. It is detected that students have difficulties in the use of the information, as techniques and linguistics. It is ended that are necessary actions, on the part of the library, in the sense of minimizing barriers
                                            [1] => Pesquisa que tem como objetivo analisar as buscas e usos da informação, na Biblioteca Central da Universidade Federal da Paraíba, pelos estudantes do curso de Administração.
Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, com uma abordagem quanti-qualitativa. A amostra é constituída por 50 alunos do curso de graduação em Administração. A análise identifica o
perfil dos usuários pesquisados, suas formas de busca e uso da informação, que se dão através de canais formais, informais e supra formais de informação. Detecta-se que os alunos tem dificuldades no uso da informação, como técnicas, lingüísticas, no uso da informação. Conclui-se que são necessárias ações, por parte da biblioteca, no sentido de minimizar barreiras.
