aiming to contribute for the good of the society, is one of the principal marks of the interdisciplinarity.

aqui estabelecido permeia a questão da interdisciplinaridade, visando fazer uma análise conceitual e histórica deste termo, e a sua chegada no Brasil com uma proposta distorcida,
vaga e modista, bem como fazendo uma relação com a identidade, visando caracterizar suas marcas essencialistas e não-essencialistas e ainda aplicando a realidade da Biblioteconomia no
Brasil, levando em consideração a realidade da necessidade do discurso e a sua contemplação prática e também identificando as marcas essencialistas, notadamente visíveis no eixo dos
diversos tipos de bibliotecas e as não-essencialistas, no campo das áreas correlatas, como Ciência da Informação, Ciências Sociais, Filosofia, Educação, dentre outras, verificando que a
união das disciplinas e o desenvolvimento, objetivando contribuir para o bem da sociedade, é uma das principais marcas da interdisciplinaridade.
