                    [0] => Apresenta, a partir da nossa observação, o uso dos Multimeios, também chamados de Recursos Audiovisuais, na Escola Municipal General Rodrigo Otavio (EMGRO). Adota como fundamentação teórica a Biblioteca Escolar e Multimeios, elencando definições e categorizações. Aborda a Biblioteca Maria Ruth de Souza do EMGRO e seu acervo de Multimeios com o objetivo, a partir de um percurso metodológico constituído das técnicas bibliográfica, descritiva e observação, apresentar o uso dos Multimeios pelos funcionários da EMGRO. Demonstra, como resultado de pesquisa, o interesse dos alunos pelos Multimeios; a falta de bibliotecários; além da falta de investimento, ações de planejamento e divulgação dos Multimeios. Conclui-se da necessidade da adoção de ações de uso dos Multimeios aos funcionários da Escola no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, destacando os professores, bem como da realização de novos estudos para acompanhar e comprovar se as ações propostas foram realmente aplicadas, e de que forma estas contribuíram no processo educativo da Instituição. Enfim, em todas as Instituições de Ensino, pesquisas como essa devem ser realizadas, já que a Biblioteca proporciona a extensão da sala de aula.@pt
                    [1] => The study presents, second our observation, the use of Multimedia also labeled the Audiovisual in General Municipal Rodrigo Otavio (GMRO). Adopted School Library and Multimedia as the theoretical presenting a list of definitions and categorizations. Discusses the Mary Ruth de Souza´s Library and his Multimedia Section for the purpose, from a methodological approach consisting of techniques (literature, descriptive and observation), present the use of the Multimedia by officials GMRO. Demonstrates as a result of research the interest in Multimedia by students; the absence of librarians; and the absence of investiment, planning activities and dissemination of Multimedia. The conclusion presents the need of adopt actions to the use of Multimedia by school officials in teaching-learning process, especially teachers, and conducting new studies to monitor and verify if the proposed actions have actually been applied, and that how these contributed to the process of educational institution. Finally, in all education institutions, research like this should be done, since the library provides the extension of education.@en
