                    [0] => Analysis of skills required of Brazilians jobs for archivists and documentalist to information management on companies, industries and organizations. The data mining about terms used in the period 2012-2014, at Catho Portal (www.catho.com.br). After identification and standardization of terms collected, the data were organized, to systematization and consideration. We used the taxonomic structure in TEMATRES - software for thesauri management. The results show a significant incidence of skills, with an average request three skills in each of the 3,291 analyzed advertisements. Companies and employers institutions conceive the skills of fundamental importance, increasingly decisive for the selection of professionals. The identified skills reveal a new labor and social context in which archivists and documentalist develop their functions.@en
                    [1] => Análise das habilidades requeridas de arquivistas e documentalistas brasileiros nas ofertas de emprego para a gestão da informação em empresas, indústrias e organizações. A mineração dos termos, no período 2012-2014, fez-se nos anúncios disponíveis no Portal Catho (www.catho.com.br). Após identificação e padronização dos termos coletados, os dados foram organizados, visando à necessária sistematização e ponderação. Utilizou-se a estrutura taxonômica no TEMATRES – software para gestão de tesauros. Os resultados mostram uma incidência relevante das habilidades, com uma solicitação média de três habilidades em cada um dos 3.291 anúncios analisados. As empresas e instituições empregadoras concebem às habilidades uma importância fundamental, sendo cada vez mais decisivas para a seleção de profissionais. As habilidades identificadas revelam um novo contexto laboral e social, no qual arquivistas e documentalistas desenvolvem as suas funções.@pt
