                    [0] => This is a descriptive-exploratory research, where it was looked to investigate, by using specialized literature, the features of Information Services, understanding it as a promoter of mediation in the process of Technology Transfer. Among the results, we highlight the proposal of a conceptual model of agricultural information service, considering the different variables found in the process of Technology Transfer, in the case of Brazilian Family Agriculture. It was concluded that information services are vital in the transfer / communication processes of technological information in agriculture. Therefore, in the creation of these services, incorporating the intrinsic aspects of information mediation, we must consider agricultural knowledge as a collective product, of the actors directly involved in this practice: farmers, extension workers and researchers.@en
                    [1] => Trata-se de pesquisa de natureza descritivo-exploratória, onde buscou-se investigar, a partir de literatura especializada, as características de um Serviço de Informação, entendendo-o como promotor da mediação no processo de Transferência de Tecnologias. Dentre os resultados, destaca-se a proposta de um modelo conceitual de serviço de informação agrícola, considerando-se as diferentes variáveis presentes no processo de Transferência de Tecnologias, para o caso da Agricultura Familiar brasileira. Concluiu-se que os serviços de informação são vitais nos processos transferência/comunicação da informação tecnológica na agricultura. Para tanto, na criação desses serviços, incorporando os aspectos intrínsecos da mediação da informação, deve-se considerar o conhecimento agrícola como produto coletivo, dos atores diretamente envolvidos nesta prática: agricultores, extensionistas e pesquisadores.@pt
