                    [0] => The article discusses the key role of information in the context of musealization actions, emphasizing the museum as from its informational dimension and revealing possibilities for artistic divulgation, understood as communication of information of/about art to a public unfamiliar with the references, criteria, languages and principles of the artistic field. Therefore, we present some definitions of information in order to support the understanding of museums as information systems focused on reception of different audiences; as well as definitions and specifics of artistic information in the context of museums. In a third moment, we characterize documentation and research as strategic actions of the musealization process by providing grants for artistic divulgation. We pursue to debate the informational dimension of museums as degree of potency, understanding it as necessarily integrated and inter-related to their communicational and educational dimensions. This condition contributes for building possibilities that aim to formulate more plural and accessible narrative exhibitions, aimed at different audiences, more or less familiar with the artistic universe.@en
                    [1] => Discute-se o papel-chave da informação no contexto das ações de musealização, enfatizando o museu a partir de sua dimensão informacional e descortinando possibilidades para a divulgaçãoartística entendida como comunicação da informação de/sobre arte a públicos não familiarizados com os referenciais, critérios, linguagens e princípios do campo artístico. Para tanto, são apresentadas algumas definições de informação, a fim de dar suporte à compreensão dos museus como sistemas informacionais voltados à fruição de diferentes públicos; além de definições e especificidades da informação artística no contexto dos museus. Em um terceiro momento, caracteriza-se a documentação e a pesquisa como ações estratégicas do processo de musealização, fornecendo subsídios para a divulgação artística. Procura-se trazer à discussão a dimensão informacional dos museus como grau de potência, entendendo-a como necessariamente integrada e inter-relacionada às dimensões comunicacional e educativa das instituições. Tal condição corrobora a construção de possibilidades voltadas à formulação de narrativas expositivas mais plurais e acessíveis, destinadas a interlocução com diferentes públicos, mais ou menos familiarizados com o universo da arte.@pt
