                                            [0] => The research studying the creation of the Informational power by the Defense Department and US intelligence agencies and the establishment of a set of disinformation instruments, in order to maintain and expand its influence power. The Internet is considered as a tool with a view to creating an information architecture whose prevalence was American. Objective in the study, identifying the main features of the Informational Power forming process, and part of the instruments used by the US power to maintain and extend its hegemony. The research method was qualitative through the use of doctrinal analysis of documentary sources and bibliographical review. It was concluded that this new sphere of power by the US, informational, apart from the initial gains of creation and regulation of the new global network, support would be focused on various institutional structures for conducting information operations, combining techniques misinformation, deception and psychological operations. 
                                            [1] => A pesquisa estuda a criação do Poder Informacional por parte do Departamento de Defesa e das agências de inteligência dos EUA e o estabelecimento de um conjunto de instrumentos de desinformação, com o intuito de manter e ampliar sua influência de poder. A Internet é analisada como ferramenta com vistas à criação de uma arquitetura informacional cuja prevalência fosse estadunidense. Objetiva-se no estudo, identificar as principais características do processo de conformação do Poder Informacional, e parte dos instrumentos empregados pela potência estadunidense para manter e ampliar sua hegemonia. O método de pesquisa foi de natureza qualitativa mediante o emprego da análise de fontes documentais doutrinárias e revisão bibliográfica. Concluiu-se que essa nova esfera de poder pelos EUA, o informacional, para além dos ganhos iniciais da criação e regulação da nova rede mundial, apoiar-se-ia em diversas estruturas institucionais voltadas para a realização de operações de informação, conjugando técnicas de desinformação, decepção e operações psicológicas.
