                    [0] => It analyzes the current epistemological statute of the right to information, differentiating it from the disciplinary field that dedicates itself to its study. It considers its inclusion in an analysis matrix in which intersects: its object of study, the generations of rights in which the authors classify it; its related or ancillary character for the accomplishment of other rights, in part explained by its elaboration in the nineteenth century when it was stated by the right of expression, against its autonomy gained in the twentieth century, its character or classification as an individual, diffuse, collective or social right; its limitation by the need to respect the private life, its denial or, otherwise, by lying and secrecy. In conclusion, it presents a summary table that consolidates the synthesis of the proposals of several authors who were analyzed.@en
                    [1] => Analisa o estatuto epistemológico atual do direito à informação, diferenciando-o do campo disciplinar que se dedica ao seu estudo. Considera sua inserção em uma matriz de análise em que se cruzam: seu objeto de estudo; as gerações dos direitos em que os autores o classificam; seu caráter conexo ou subsidiário para a efetivação de outros direitos, em parte explicado pela sua elaboração no século XIX, quando foi enunciado junto ao direito de expressão em contraponto com sua autonomia adquirida no século XX; seu caráter ou classificação como direito individual, difuso, coletivo ou social; sua limitação pela necessidade de respeito à vida privada; sua negação ou, ao contrário, pela mentira e pelo segredo.
