                                            [0] => The aim of this paper is to propose theoretical-methodological references and analytical categories to classify the documentation about the violation processes of the child´s rights, judged by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR). Firstly, it introduces the literature of Information Science and Social Science relating to collective memory and the memory records. Secondly, the methodology and the analytical categories of the court documents are exposed: the merits, reparation and monitoring sentences. The central conclusion is that the memory register of violations is essential both for initiating the procedures for restorative justice and for the historical memory reconstitution of the periods in which the violations occurred. 
                                            [1] => O objetivo do artigo é propor referenciais teórico-metodológicos e categorias de análise para classificar a documentação sobre os processos de violação aos direitos da criança, julgados pela Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos (CIDH). Primeiro, apresenta-se a literatura da Ciência da Informação e das Ciências Sociais relativa à memória coletiva e aos registros da memória. Segundo, expõem-se a metodologia e as categorias de análise dos documentos da corte: as sentenças de fundo, de reparação e de monitoramento. A conclusão central é que o registro da memória das violações é fundamental tanto para a instauração dos processos de justiça restaurativa, quanto para a reconstituição da memória histórica dos períodos nos quais as violações ocorreram.
