                    [0] => The reference sector is one of the core activities of libraries and reference librarians for providing direct services to the user, strongly faced with this new aspect of service delivery. This article aims to determine the evolution of services in university libraries, in particular, analyzes the changes in the reference case, with the intention to investigate the continuity of the traditional referral process, before the emergence of educational reference process. Discusses the changes that occur within the libraries are new functions and roles for this business, which requires constantly develop new skills emerge. Concludes that the educational service reference in university libraries is growing, characterizing as innovation and facilitating agent for obtaining the information, since users gain autonomy for research and this can make it easier for the service to be consumed without the intervention of a third, throughout the process.@en
                    [1] => O setor de referência é uma das atividades centrais das bibliotecas e os bibliotecários de referência, por prestarem atendimento direto ao usuário, se deparam fortemente com esse novo aspecto de prestação de serviço. Este artigo tem como objetivo verificar a evolução dos serviços nas bibliotecas universitárias e, em especial, analisa as transformações ocorridas no processo de referência, com intenção de investigar a continuidade do processo de referência tradicional, diante da emergência do processo de referência educativo. Discute que as mudanças que ocorrem no âmbito das bibliotecas fazem surgir novas funções e papéis para este profissional, o que exige que desenvolva, constantemente, novas competências. Conclui que o serviço de referência educativo em bibliotecas universitárias vem crescendo, se caracterizando como inovação e agente facilitador para obtenção da informação, uma vez que o usuário ganha autonomia para a pesquisa e isso pode facilitar para que o serviço seja consumido sem a intervenção de um terceiro, ao longo do processo.@pt
