[0] => We investigate the underlying principels of the modeling process described by the Jean-Louis Le Moigne’s systemic theory, also called theory of modeling (LE Moigne, 1990). This is of a pioneer theory on the objects modeling, it provides an intermediation of an artificial object developed by human thought — the General System — to represent, conceive or, as prefers the french teacher, to systemograph objects, whatever they are, natural or artificial. Corroborating Le Moigne, we show that both semantics as the etymology of the word form and derived lexemes (especially enform and enformation) reveals a systemic perception “naturalized” thousands of years ago in the West. Infôrma (“mold”), the “mother” of all the models, we found that the experiential basis conceptually licenses the main semantic features of modeling objects, in the literal or in the abstract senses; with forma (“form”), we refer to the “visible” representation of the object that, according Le Moigne, is one of the processors (beyond space and time) involved in the representation. If “To model is to conceive, then draw an image like the object”, as summarized Le Moigne (1990, p.9l-92), we conclude, paraphrasing it, that “Enform is to conceive a similar form to the object”, basis of our sistemography offorma.@en
