                                            [0] => This paper presents a descriptive documentary research on the trajectory of the National Association for Research and Graduate Studies in Information and Library Science (Ancib) since its creation in 1989 to 2013. The purpose (of the paper) is to register – in a narrative way – the construction of Ancib’s executive boards of directors addressing their diverse structures and the participation of the education and research institutions. The participation of these institutions – through their Information Science Graduate Programs – in Ancib’s formation and consolidation along its 25 years of existence is highlighted. The paper describes also the creation of the National Meeting of Research in Information Science (Enancib), promoted by Ancib and organized by the graduate programs in the area since 1994, as well as the historical and epistemological trajectory of the Research Groups stressing their respective thematics. The data are presented in a chronological way by means of detailed charts showing the elements that compose the research variables and a descriptive picture of the participation of the education and research institutions in the Boards of Directors. The relations among the older graduate programs in the area are addressed, as well as their contributions to Ancib by taking part of the executive boards of directors or by organizing Regional Meetings and coordinating Work Groups. 
                                            [1] => Apresenta pesquisa documental descritiva sobre a trajetória da Associação Nacional de Pesquisa e PósGGraduação em Ciência da Informação (Ancib), desde sua criação em 1989 até 2013. Objetiva registrar, em forma de relato, a memória institucional da Ancib, detalhando a constituição de suas diretorias executivas em suas variadas estruturas e a participação das instituições de ensino e pesquisa. Destaca a participação dos Programas de PósGgraduação em Ciência da Informação, na formação e consolidação da Ancib, ao longo de seus 25 anos de atividade. Descreve a criação dos Encontros Nacionais de Pesquisa em Ciência da Informação, promovidos pela Ancib e organizados pelos programas de pósGgraduação da área desde 1994, bem como a trajetória histórica e epistemológica dos Grupos de Pesquisa, destacando suas respectivas temáticas. Representa os dados coletados de forma cronológica, mediante quadros detalhados dos elementos que compõem as variáveis da pesquisa, e figura descritiva da participação das instituições nas Diretorias da Ancib. Comenta a relação entre os programas de pósGgraduação mais antigos na área e sua contribuição, tanto na participação das diretorias executivas quanto na organização de Encontros Regionais e coordenação de Grupos de Trabalho.
